Meal Plan Monday

I am always looking for new clean recipes to put on my weekly meal plan, I added a few good ones this week. I hope they are as delicious as they look.

MONDAY – Warm Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Salad

TUESDAY – Crockpot Thai Peanut Chicken

WEDNESDAY – Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

THURSDAY – Hummus-Crusted Chicken

FRIDAY –Mexican Haystacks

SATURDAY –Slow-Roasted Salmon

SUNDAY – Blackened Chicken

I feel like I’m obsessed with finding healthy ways to treat my family.  The effort is entirely worth it to know that I’m teaching them healthy habits that will instill leading a healthy lifestyle long after they are out from under my wings. I’m not sure if we’ll ever eat out again, there is so much to offer at home and it really is simple. Well, at least not until the boys are more manageable in a restaurant setting.
